Gender Watch
The goal of Gender Watch is to help people stay current with
discussions related to feminism, women and gender by providing a
sampling of just a few of the many issues that impact women’s lives and
demonstrate the ways in which everyone's experiences of gender are
impacted by their other social and cultural identities. We also hope
that it will connect you with theorists, bloggers, journalists,
activists and other writers who address on some level issues of women,
gender, feminism, and/or social justice. During the school year, this
section will be updated weekly. Posting of articles or blogs through
Gender Watch does not signal the Women’s Center’s endorsement, but
instead is intended to promote thought, conversation, and dialogue.
Please be aware that postings may contain triggering language, images,
and/or information related to bias, violence, and/or trauma.
