Speaking the Truth, Seeking Justice: the struggle against impunity in Colombia
Wednesday, October 13th, 7:00pm, Barnum 008

Ms. Hernández will describe her family’s experience while attorney and human rights advocate Pilar Castillo will describe how Elkin’s story is emblematic of the thousands of cases of forced disappearance, murder, and massacre resulting from Colombia’s long-running war between insurgent, government, and paramilitary forces.
