Accommodations
With the exception of conference speakers, all attendees should arrange their own
hotel accommodations. The location that is closest to the Tufts campus is the
Hyatt Place, which is located 1.33 miles from the Tufts University Department
of Psychology. This location also has a negotiated nightly rate of $149/night plus
tax, which is the lowest in the area. In addition, Hyatt Place offers free shuttle
service to the Tufts campus. Reservations can be made by calling 781-395-8500, or
toll free at 888-492-8847 (request the Tufts University nightly rate).
Tufts University has negotiated special rates with a number of additional local
hotels/inns. To view all options, please point your browser to the

hotels. Note that these listings are not sorted by distance from the
Tufts campus. Those located in Medford, Somerville, and Cambridge are all reasonably
close.
You also have the option of staying in a dormitory-style room on
the Tufts campus at a cheaper rate than most local hotels. Prices
(in US dollars) are as follows:

Air Travel
With the exception of conference speakers, all attendees should arrange their own
air travel as necessary. The closest airport is Boston's Logan International Airport
(BOS). More information is available at the

you will find a

car companies that operate out of Logan Airport.
Parking
Parking is free, if you are driving to the conference and are registered.
A parking pass will be issued when you arrive at the registration area on Tufts
Campus, which you will display in your car. When you arrive at Tufts campus,
you may park in any space designated for a Tufts staff/faculty, commuter, or resident
permit.
