Poster Guidelines
The poster boards for the conference will be 4 ft X 4 ft (1.2 m X 1.2 m). Please be sure to format your poster to fit this space, and bring pushpins / thumbtacks to affix it to the poster board. We recommend that authors use graphics and bullet points to communicate their ideas, and to minimize the amount of text.
We ask that authors have handouts of their poster available to be given to interested attendees. Alternatively, please have a sign-up sheet on which attendees can list their email address to
receive an electronic copy.
Abstract Submissions
The deadline for abstract submissions, Fri, Apr 3, 2009, has passed. Abstract submissions are no longer being accepted. If you submitted an abstract for consideration, notification of the abstract decision will be made by Fri, Apr 17, 2009.
