Following the New England Regional Campus Compact conference this fall, a number of those who attended are forming a working group to share resources, best practices and support as their campuses begin the process of applying for the Carnegie Foundation's Community Engagement Classification.

Campus Compact Network Meeting: Working with K-12 Education

The third in our series of network meetings around the preK-postsecondary education pipeline, this session will examine the opportunities and challenges in working with preK-12 programs. The session will focus on group discussion and will emphasize sharing best practices and strategic planning and development of programs.

Suffolk University Alternative Winter Break

Suffolk’s Alternative Winter Break offers a unique experience to travel to El Salvador. This past winter break, 13 students, and 5 faculty and staff members participated in the trip. Through their hard work and fundraising, they were able to build a wall for an outdoor stage where festivals in the village are held.
