Kevin P. Gallagher is a senior researcher at the Global Development and Environment Institute at associate professor of international relations at Boston University. He is the author of The Enclave Economy: Foreign Investment and Sustainable Development in Mexico’s Silicon Valley, and Free Trade and the Environment: Mexico, NAFTA, and Beyond. He writes regular columns for The Guardian and Financial Times.
Roberto Porzecanski is a research fellow at the Global Development and Environment Institute and author of the book, Not On Board:Uruguay and the Prospects for a Free Trade Agreement with the United States.
