Master of Arts in German with Teacher Licensure
Tufts University offers a two-year Master of Arts degree in
German with teacher licensure. Students take six courses in the
German Department, two courses in the methods and
practices of teaching foreign language cross-listed in both the
German and Education Departments, and six courses in the
Education Department, including the one semester teaching
practicum. The degree is formally offered through the German
Department. Prospective students should contact either Drs.
Ronald Salter or Bernhard Martin, faculty advisors in the
Department of German, Russian and Asian Languages and
Literature.
