Elizabeth is a third year Ph.D. student in the Child Development department.
Elizabeth focuses on the integration of technology into the classroom and exploring the cognitive impacts of using technology in early childhood. She isinterested in children's beliefs about technology in the world around them and what "digital natives" need to know to be "digitally literate."

She will now be working on the new ScratchJR project to explore digital literacies in the design of a new computer programming environment for use in early childhood.
